The International Art Exhibition, the \u201cgreat mother\u201d of all the Biennale activities, was organised for the first time in 1895 and immediately became one of the most important art exhibitions in the world.<\/p>\n
This year 59th International Art Exhibition is entitled “The milk of dreams”. It focuses on three main themes: the representation of bodies and their metamorphoses; the relationship between individuals and technologies; the connection between bodies and the Earth.<\/p>\n
The Exhibition also features, as usual, the National Participations, with each country presenting its own exhibition in the Pavilions of the Giardini and the Arsenale, and in the historic centre of Venice and a selection of Collateral Events organized by international institutions.<\/p>\n
An event of this magnitude requires a great deal of planning and coordination.<\/p>\n
We were pleased to be nominated the freight forwarder in charge for the logistics of the artworks destined to the Chinese Pavilion.<\/p>\n
In cooperation with our Chinese partners, and with the invaluable support of our native Chinese-speaking staff, we coordinated the local operations, from the containers arrival in Italy to the artworks delivery at the Chinese Pavilion in Venice.<\/p>\n
