This update establishes a control regime for the export, brokering, technical assistance, transit, and transfer of dual-use products. The amendment will be published in the Official Journal of the EU and will come into effect, unless objections are raised by the European Parliament or the Council of the EU, in accordance with Article 290, paragraph 2 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU. The control period will typically last two months after the adoption of the act.<\/p>\n<p>The last update of the dual-use products list was based on <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=OJ%3AL_202302616\">Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023\/2616<\/a> by the Commission.
