There are two golden rules to follow before clearing customs:<\/p><\/blockquote><h4 data-path-to-node=\"17\">1. The goods must be wholly obtained in the US or have undergone their last substantial transformation there.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-path-to-node=\"20\">2.
