Bonded Warehouse

The Customs Bonded Warehouse (also known as Bonded Warehouse) is a customs-approved area where non-community goods can be stored without the immediate payment of customs duties. The goods remain in a suspended status regarding customs duties until they are imported into the destination country or re-exported.

What is a Customs Warehouse (Bonded Warehouse)?

Storage of non-EU goods

Goods originating from countries outside the European Union can be stored in a customs warehouse without the need to pay customs duties until they are nationalized (i.e., formally imported into the European market).

Flexibility and savings on customs duties

Goods can be kept under customs control (in bonded status) for a specified period of time without the obligation to proceed with immediate import formalities.

Customs consulting

During the storage period, the goods remain under customs control, but duties and taxes are not applied until they enter the market.

If you intend to export or import protected species, it is mandatory to obtain a CITES license to ensure that the trade is legal and compliant with international regulations.

We offer the possibility to store non-EU goods in a customs warehouse, ensuring they remain under foreign status without the immediate payment of customs duties. We accept goods coming from abroad, accompanied by T1 or ATA Carnet documents.
