Full Transport and Customs Management from Marghera to Benghazi
We recently managed an international shipment involving the transport of steel pipes from Austria to Libya, with sea departure from Italy. After collecting the goods in Austria, we transferred them by truck to our bonded warehouse in Marghera (Venice), where we completed all export customs procedures. We then loaded the cargo into a 40’ BOX container and a 40’ Open Top container, chosen to allow top-loading. Finally, the shipment continued by sea from the port of Venice to the port of Benghazi.

The goods were collected directly from the customer’s production site in Austria and transported by truck to our customs and logistics warehouse in Marghera, in the port of Venice.
Thanks to our European logistics network, the road transfer took place quickly and safely, respecting the required delivery times.
Export customs management and consolidation
In our customs warehouse, we carried out all export customs operations directly on-site, without the need for further external customs procedures.
Subsequently, the pipes were stuffed into two containers:
1 x 40’ BOX for standard loads
1 x 40’ Open Top, necessary to load part of the goods from the top

After the containers were sealed, the shipment was routed by sea, departing from the port of Venice to the port of Benghazi. Thanks to our partnerships with major shipping companies, we guaranteed competitive rates, reliable transit times, and constant monitoring of the cargo until final delivery.
